1824 Defoor Apartment Complex Atlanta

This apartment project in Atlanta utilized much of Fortress’ skill set.  The amenity area and pool deck featured a 7,000 SF Belgard Lafitt 3-pc paver system with colored concrete banding.  Fortress also installed area drainage around the pool deck and performed masonry work on the outdoor kitchen.  The site had over 15,000 SF of Belgard Eco-Holland permeable pavers throughout the parking area and 2,500 SF of Belgard Urbana Pavers at the gated entrance.  Fortress also installed over 20,000 SF of Anchor Diamond Pro retaining wall.
